The BVRLA has published its latest Leasing Broker survey which shows that members had a total of 287,683 vehicles in contract at the end of 2017, up 10% on the same period of 2016.

Last year saw the sector add 98,129 new contracts.

The sector continued to grow in the first half of 2017 but plateaued in the second half of the year.  Growth is most evident in the van sector, whilst for cars growth is driven largely by personal contract hire (PCH).
