The Government has published its second batch of ‘Technical Notices’ providing advice to businesses in the event of no deal being agreed between the UK and the European Union as part of the preparations for EU-Exit.

Although the Government is hopeful that a deal will be reached, momentum has increased for no-deal scenario planning and advisory notices continue to be issued to help prepare UK businesses.

The first batch of notices was issued on 24th August. This second batch contains several notices that will be of particular interest to BVRLA members:
